I got started on the internet in 1999 with various sites on various free webhosts like tripod or geocities. I taught myself html with a little help of some magazines, books and Lissa explains it all.

Two years ago I finally decided to purchase a domain because I wanted to show the things I like on my own site and without annoying ads. I wanted to name my site fianna.de like my nickname but this name was already taken. So I registered fianakiara.de because this is the nickname I always take when fianna isn't available anymore.

At this time I discovered sites like kao-ani.com or the quilting bee and was totally amazed by their layouts and cute content. Since then I have been practicing in pixel things and try to do my own pixel layouts. You're currently looking at version 7.0 of fianakiara.de "My Pikachu". I pixeled and coded everything myself with a little help from psp8 and homesite.

I tried to make something different with this layout. Before I only used pop-up layouts but here I used css, iframes, div layers and so on. I loved the different blue colors and the cute littel puppy.
